Delivery Timeframe
Standard Delivery: Products are delivered within 5-7 working days in India from the day of order confirmation.
Conditions: Delivery times are subject to product availability and could be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Areas
Serviceable Locations: We currently deliver to selected cities in India. Please check if we deliver to your pincode on the shopping cart checkout page.
Non-Serviceable Areas: If there is no courier service available in your area, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Incorrect Details: In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges for any additional delivery attempts.
Contact Information: Please ensure that your address and contact details are accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery failures.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Unforeseen Circumstances: Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as governmental actions, natural calamities, or other events acting on behalf of the government.
Communication: In the event of significant delays, we will notify you promptly.
Order Cancellation Due to Delay
Failure to Deliver: If we are unable to deliver your order within the stipulated period due to reasons out of our control, we will cancel the order and notify you.
Refunds: In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Shipping Partners
Courier Services: We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that your products reach you promptly and in perfect condition.
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery status.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
Action Required: If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, start making a 1st time unboxing video of the whole package while unboxing the package and product( note: send this proof to our verification team on our whatsapp or email). This video should clearly show the condition of the package and the products inside.
Documentation: Ensure that any damage to the products is visible in the video during the unboxing process. There should be no cuts or edits in the video.

Customer Responsibilities
Pincode Verification: Before placing an order, please verify that we deliver to your area by checking your pincode during the checkout process.
Availability:
Ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. if someone is not available at the recipient house at the time of first delivery, 2 more delivery attempts will be made on the next and next to next day respectively, after 3 failed attempts, package will be returned to us by shipping agency.
Now,
SITUATION 1: if the customer wants the refund, a return fee (could vary between 60 INR TO 100 INR) and a 2% payment processing fee would be deducted from the refund.(this is becausethe shipping company lays a return fee from us for a failed delivery).
SITUATION 2: if customer wants the order to be re-shipped, a re-shipping charge would be incurred on the package.
